 Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Sales, Kevin will introduce a fluid sensor line into the helicopter market, including engine manufacturers. He is excited by his prospects:

 Compensation and growth were the biggest reasons for taking this job. I overcame the obstacles of 1. being unemployed, 2. Not having worked in sales for the last 7 years, and 3. Age, I am 61 but try not to act it. It has been worth every penny I spent on this. By the time we got to the second round of interviews, my boss's boss was actually working with me to build this new job.

 I credit two items as the major contributors. Others are listed, since I want to give total credit for this excellent package. First was a resume that was technically up to par. It had the key words and all the other stuff a resume has to have to get it through the "automatic screening mill."

 It was also one that took advantage of my strengths and minimized weaknesses, such as career change, etc. Bottom line, the resume opened doors and got me interviews. I could not have accomplished this task without that resume.

 Second, the mass mailing and distribution setup covered ground I could not have covered without your system. I doubt if I ever would have found this company without it. Third has to be the package you put together for me of letters and so forth that enabled me to respond to queries, react to opportunities and all the rest.

 Fourth, being able to do research on companies that I was to interview with clearly gave me an advantage. Not only did I know what I needed to know about the company, whoever interviewed me knew that I had done my homework. This clearly gave me an edge.
